CONDITION OF SALE

These terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of sale which have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via computer network through the site www.qualitron.eu owned by Qualitron Srl with registered office in Via Dolomiti, 15 - 20027 Rescaldina (MI) - Italy.

All contracts for the sale of the Products by Qualitron Srl are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral and essential part of any proposal, order and order confirmation of purchase of the Products.
The conditions of sale which apply to your order are those in force at the date of the order.
Purchase transactions will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the provisions of Law 196/03.

Article 1: ACCEPTANCE OF SALES CONDITIONS

1.3 These general conditions of sale must be examined "online" by the Customer, prior to the completion of the purchase process. The submission of the confirmation of the order implies full knowledge of all conditions and their full acceptance.

Article 2: PRODUCTS: PRICES AND FEATURES

2.1 Unless otherwise stated, all prices of products on sale published by Qualitron Srl are not including VAT.

2.2 The prices of products published by Qualitron Srl from time to time cancel and replace previous prices and are subject to the availability of products. Qualitron S.r.l. reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of products posted on its website or in brochures and advertising material, at the time of confirmation of the customer.

2.4 The Products are not supplied on a trial. Article 3: ORDERS – BILLING

3.1 All purchase orders for products sent to Qualitron Srl should be complete in all their parts and must contain all the necessary elements for the correct identification of ordered products. In case of no execution of the order from Qualitron Srl (If the same is due to unavailability of the Products ordered by the Customer) shall as soon as possible inform the Client, and refund amounts, if already paid for the provision which has not been performed. In this case the customer is not entitled to any reimbursement or indemnity or compensation.

3.3 The tax records relating to the ordered Products will be issued by Qualitron Srl at the time of shipment of the Products to the Customer. The customer who executes the order must be in possession of VAT, otherwise Qualitron Srl will not refund the cost of the order and will not issue any tax document.

Article 4: TYPES OF PAYMENT

Decree 196/2003 and the obligations of confidentiality and security which has always inspired the activity of Key Client.

Article 5: DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

5.1 The company Qualitron S.r.l. owner of the site www.qualitron.eu , will deliver to Customer at the address provided by the Customer, the products selected and ordered by courier. All costs of delivery of products are charged to the customer. Any costs of storage for non-delivery due to recipient’s absence, shall be borne by the customer and must be paid directly to the courier by the customer.

5.3 The delivery times indicated by Qualitron Srl refer to products available on stock at its warehouse and, despite being carefully evaluated, are not binding for Qualitron Srl, which can then confirm or change, depending on its actual needs. Any delay in delivery of less than 30 (thirty) days shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the Goods nor to claim damages or compensation of any kind.

5.4 Qualitron S.r.l. has the right to make delivery of Products (even on to the same order) in more successive deliveries, in this case, only one shipment will be charged to the customer by way of expenses of transport.

5.5 Conditions and terms of special deliveries will be preventively agreed between the Customer and Qualitron Srl and accepted in writing by Qualitron S.r.l.

Article 6: SPECIAL GIFTS

6.1 Any special offers promoted by Qualitron Srl are valid until stocks are exhausted and, in any case, are subject to the availability of related products in the hands of Qualitron Ltd. The special offers from Qualitron S.r.l. are not cumulative. Products as gifts or special offers could be in promotional packs.

6.2 If a special offer promoted by Qualitron Srl provides for sending a complimentary product together with one or more products purchased, the customer will be entitled to that free product only if the same has been expressly requested by the customer in the order sent to Qualitron Srl and until stocks are exhausted.

6.3 No service or replacement is provided in connection with any product received free from the customer.

Article 7: RESPONSIBILITY

7.1 The company Qualitron S.r.l. is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made ​​by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, when payment for goods purchased. 8.3 Technical support and warranty work on products are made, where applicable, by the individual producers, according to the terms and conditions listed in the documentation attached to the Products. In particular, Qualitron S.r.l. does not give any guarantee about the compatibility of products with other products or equipment used by the customer, nor give any guarantee regarding the suitability of products for the specific use intended by the customer.

Article 9: BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

Article 10 : RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
